Personal Training (1 on 1)

 Whether your health and fitness goals are weight loss, preparing for an athletic event, looking good for an event, or a lifestyle change 1 on 1 personal training will give you the tools to get there. With a customized training program and nutritional guidance your goals can be met with the motivation, individual attention, and push that a personal trainer can provide. 

 Training Areas Include:

  1. Strength and Conditioning
  2. Circuit/Interval Training
  3. Pilates/Core Strengthening
  4. Functional Training
  5. Weight Loss Management
  6. Nutritional Guidance 

Rates: $40-$60/hour session. Rates can vary depending on the following

  • Location

  • Time of day

Small Group Training 

(Group of 3 or more)

 Are you motivated working with friends and family?  Semi private training is an excellent way to reach your health and fitness goals. I will organize a program which will allow individuals to interact with one another while getting a good workout.

  3. Pilates/Core Strengthening
  4. Functional Training
  5. Weight Loss Management
  6. Nutritional Guidance 

 

Rates: $25-$40/hour session. Rates can vary depending on the following
